(Carnegie, PA) Congressman Chris Deluzio (PA-17) and Congressman Morgan Lutrell (TX-08) started the Empowering Law Enforcement to Fight Sex Trafficking Demand Act last week. According to a release from Deluzio’s office on Friday, this legislation would support efforts to combat human and sex trafficking nationwide. The Edward Bryne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant Program will provide funding to help this initiative to stop these forms of trafficking.
