Center Township Supervisors Approve Chipotle Application

(Sandy Giordano/Beaver County Radio)

A Chipotle restaurant will be built in Beaver County.

A conditional use hearing was held prior to the Center Township supervisors’ regular meeting Monday night. The new Chipotle facility will be located in the shopping plaza where Ross’s clothing store is in the township. Jonathan Kamin, whose firm owns the shopping center, told the supervisors it is strictly a drive through if the customer has an app, if not they can go in and order their food.

Construction is expected to start on Monday, August 7, 2023, and they expect to be open for Christmas. Mr. Kamin told the supervisors that parking spaces for the restaurant will be designated, and signage will be put in place.
