Teleforum Fun Continues

(Beaver County. PA)   Two more guests hosts will try their hand at hosting the popular weekday talk show “Teleforum” on Beaver County Radio.  Later today, Eric Mckenna will anchor the show and on Tuesday, Scott Tady will put on the headphones and take a call or two from behind the microphone.

Scott Tady is the Entertainment Editor for the Beaver County Times and is no stranger to performing or being on the air.  There was never a stage or a microphone that Scott didn’t like in Beaver County.  Scott will host Teleforum on Tuesday March 7, 2017.

Jim Shaner from Beaver County Conservation District to Be on Teleforum Tuesday

Tune in Tuesday February 28, 2017 to Teleforum from 9 A.M. to 12 noon. At 11:00 A.M.  Jim Shaner, Executive Director of the Beaver County Conservation District will be on with guest host Frank Sparks. Jim will be discussing the up coming Maple Sugaring Program on March 11,2017 at The Bradys Run Park, Maple Camp (behind the Lodge). It is an instructional program to learn how maple trees are tapped and the process of turning sugar water into maple syrup. The program is Free and starts at 11am. Teleforum get a “Spark” this week.

(Beaver County, PA)  They say variety is the spice of life.  If that’s true, then WBVP and WMBA listeners will love what they’ve been hearing on the weekday morning talk show, “Teleforum”.  This week, Frank Sparks, co host of “The Saturday Morning Sports Slam”, will sit behind the mic this week.

Among other topics, later today listeners can tune in for interviews with Tom Albanese,  New Brighton councilman and Mario Leone,  Monaca Borough Manager beginning at 9:10 A.M.

At 10:30, Stacey Ivol and Ed McLaughlin from the Beaver Heritage Museum will talk about the great things that they have going on.

Former “Teleforum” Personality From The Early 80’s To Host Program This Week.

(Beaver County, PA) Former WBVP and WMBA show host and personlity, Dave Felts, will fill in as guest host on the popular “Teleforum” talk show this week, from February 20-24, 2017.  Felts was behind the mic for  perhaps the most famous moment in WBVP and WMBA talk show history,  in 1981, when then President  Ronald Reagan called the show to join in the conversation with in studio guest, Congressman Gene Atkinson.    Dave Felts will welcome WBVP and WMBA listeners to the daily talk show, which can be heard from 9 A.M. to Noon weekdays,  with a line up of special guests and dialogue about local Beaver County issues.

On Monday February 20, tune in for special guest segments featuring Beaver County Times “Histories and Mysteries”  reporter Jeff Snedden at 9 A.M. and Potter Township Supervisor Rebecca Matsco will share insight on the Shell Chemical plant development at 11 A.M.

Guest host line up announced for Teleforum

(Beaver County, PA)  1230 WBVP and 1460 WMBA have released the line up of upcoming guest hosts for the popular mid day talk show “Teleforum” .   Long time host Mike Romigh has left to pursue other career interests.  In the mean time, listeners will be able to enjoy a series of live auditions and guest fill in hosts.  Teleforum airs from 9 A.M. – Noon  Monday through Friday.  The upcoming schedule includes:

Dave Felts: 2/20-2/24

Frank Sparks: 2/27-3/3

Eric McKenna: 3/6

Scott Tady: 3/7
