Tonight Quaker valley traveled to play against central valley and are going home with the win. Tonight’s final was 39 Quaker valley and central valley with nothing. As you can see from the score tonight it was a very one sided game with Quaker valley dominating all night.

Mike Tomlin Talks Injuries and The Bears in Press Conference
Pittsburgh Steelers Head Coach Mike Tomlin held his weekly press conference today, that can be heard on WBVP and WMBA at 12 noon every Tuesday.

Trib Total Media to Purchase MSA Sports Network

Trib Total Media announced Monday September 18, 2017 it has reached an agreement with Management Science Associates, Inc. to purchase the MSA Sports Network.
MSA Sports Network has been in recent news for it’s financial troubles to the point this falls football broadcasts were in question at one point. MSA Sports Network was able to secure enough funds to at least get the season off to a start.
Under the agreement, which is expected to close in October 2017, the network will be renamed the TribLIVE High School Sports Network. The MSA Network currently broadcasts more than 2,000 live sporting events each year including 15 WPIAL and PIAA sports from across 10 counties. The network also owns the rights to all WPIAL playoff and championship games. WBVP and WMBA High School broadcasts can be heard on the MSA Sports Network and will continue to be heard upon the launch of the new TribLIVE High school Sports Network.

Hopewell Vikings Players and Coach Are Special Guests at Coaches Corner
(Bridgewater, PA) Hopewell Vikings head football coach Mark Washington, along with a few of his players, were the featured guests on the air, and live in person at Coaches Corner on Wednesday September 13, 2017, on the Sports Patio and Winter Lodge at Robert’s Roadside Inn in Bridgewater.
As usual, Bob Barrickman, Bruce Frey and Tom Hays hosted the program, which airs every Wednesday night from 7 to 8 P.M. live on WBVP and WMBA. Attendees and guests were treated to free pizza courtesy of Pizza Joe’s in Beaver, and free wings from Robert’s Roadside Inn.
Coach Washington talked about how his team has responded well after losing the first game to Freedom, and then going on to win the next two. The Vikings have a long road trip this week as they travel to Yough High School in Herminie, PA, for their next game on Friday, September 15, 2017. Kickoff is at 7 P.M.
