New Brighton 5 vs. Riverside 0 final – Girls soccer

The New Brighton Lady Lions Soccer team advanced to 10-1 in section 1-a   play and 11-2 overall to keep their hold on first place in the section. Riverside fell to 3-8 and 3-9 overall as New Brighton has clinched a playoff berth for the third straight year.  Maya Watkins scored three goals, and Lyndsee Monac and Michaela Watkins added a goal a piece for New Brighton.

Girls’ High School Soccer: New Brighton 7, Neshannock 1 (Final)

It was Seniors Maya Watkins and Anna Kelly that led the way for the New Brighton Lady Lions as they defeat Neshannock on Senior Night (October 5). The win puts the Lions at 9-1 in Section 1-A, and 10-2 overall.
