BCAB Beaver County Association for the Blind 5th Annual Vision Bowl

Vision Bowl is an event which will benefit programs and services at BCAB.

The purpose of this event is to raise awareness of what it’s like to be blind or visually impaired.  For the second game, sighted participants will be required to wear special glasses that simulate various eye diseases.

Treble Youth Chorale Concert on April 12

Take a break from the hustle and bustle of the Easter season and come to the 2019 Lenten concert, “Wonderful Love” presented by the Beaver Valley Choral Society’s Treble Youth Chorale.

The concert takes place on Friday, April 12 at 7 PM at Monaca United Methodist Church

814 Indiana Ave., Monaca, PA  Admission is FREE, but donations are accepted.

2019 Fishing Derby on Saturday April 20

The Little Beaver Lions Fishing Derby is for all ages.

Saturday April 20…..7 AM – 3 PM

Along the Little Beaver Creek

Registrations will be held at the Darlington Polo Field starting at 7 AM

Prizes and plaques will be awarded

Refreshments will be available

BFCDC “State of the City” Series begins today

Beaver Falls community Development Corporation (BFCDC)’s annual lecture series, “State of the City” begins tonight and will continue for 2 more Wednesdays.

April 24th: Dr. Nugent-Public Schools, Marc de Jeu-Church

All lectures are held at the Carnegie Free Library of Beaver Falls at 7PM.
