(Bridgewater, PA)  Aliquippa Head Football Coach Coach Mike Zmijanac and a number of his W.P.I.A.L. Champion Aliquippa Quips players were the featured guests on the weekly sports talk show “Coaches Corner” on 1230 WBVP and 1460 WMBA.  With their victory over South Fayette this past Saturday at Heinz Field, The Quips earned the right to be invited to “Coaches Corner” at Robert’s Roadside Inn yet another time.

Zmijanic discussed how his team was going to have to take care of business on the field this Friday night against the Karns City Gremlins  in a State quarter final game to be held at Reeves Field on the campus of Geneva College on Friday December 4, 2015.  Airtime on WBVP and WMBA is 6:30 P.M.

Former Quip standout football player and current Aliquippa Assistant Coach,  Vashawn Patrick also joined the show and talked about the importance of preparing

the team for a big playoff game.
