Dale Reckless from MRS Physical Therapy joined Frank Sparks on Teleforum this morning, July 26,2017. Dale and Frank talked about the benefits of physical therapy before and after a surgery. They also discussed how physical therapy can some times help an injury heal and prevent surgery.  Dale explained physical therapy is not only for people who have had surgery or have the possibility of needing surgery. Dale also explained that you do not need a doctor’s referral for physical therapy. Dale and Frank discussed some of the minor injuries that you might have that could require physical therapy.
