Lorraine J. Ley, 80, of Ambridge, passed away peacefully on August 5th, 2026.
She was born on September 9th, 1945, a daughter of the late Stanley and Mary Knuckles.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Judith Erdner and her grandchildren, Tiffany Ley, Michael Degutis, and Anthony Vansel.
She is survived by her children: Debora (Ray) Rall, Teresa Ley, Kimberly (Jim) Bash, and Tammy Ley; as well as her sister, Audrey Kline, her grandchildren: along with Christopher, Corey, Raymond, Pamela, and Amanda; eight great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Lorraine worked in various hospitality positions, including at Luigi’s Pizzeria and Restaurant in Bellevue. She later worked at the Red, White, and Blue Thrift Shop in Avalon. She was a hard worker who enjoyed reading and socializing. She had a special love for animals, especially her beloved pets, Cammie and Kitty.
In accordance with Lorraine’s wishes, services are private.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Alvarez-Hahn Funeral and Cremation Services, LLC, 547 8th Street, Ambridge.
