Elinor G. (Babcock) Taylor, 99, of Moon Township, passed away on March 22nd, 2026 in her home. She was born in Malden, Massachusetts on May 23rd, 1926, the daughter of the late Newell & Greta (Bishop) Babcock. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John H. Taylor, and a son, Gary Taylor. She is survived by her three daughters, Gayle Taylor of New York, Glenda Lamb of Moon Township, Stacey Atkinson (James) of Moon Township and her grandchildren: Lindsay Lamb, Lauren Lamb, Carolynn Lamb, and Ryan Kelly; along with several other grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Elinor lived a full and beautiful life, filled with joy, always surrounded by family, and known for being a loving and supportive presence to those she held dear. She was married for 75 years to her devoted husband, John H, Taylor. She loved animals, especially dogs, and was an avid card player who particularly enjoyed bridge. She cherished time spent with her family and found great happiness in vacationing together.

A memorial for Elinor will take place on Tuesday, March 31st at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies, 1158 Morgan Road, Bridgeville.

In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to the Beaver County Humane Society, 3394 Brodhead Road, Aliquippa.
