Beverly A. Piatt (1941-2026)

Beverly A. Piatt, 84, of Beaver, went to be with her Lord and Savior at home, surrounded by her family on March 7th, 2026.

She was born in the year 1941 and she was a daughter of the late Kenneth R. and Elizabeth A. Clark. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 66-years, William H. Piatt, her sister, Devon K. Clark Coss and her brother, Kenneth R. Clark. He is survived by her daughter, Missy (Tam Nguyen) George of New Brighton, her son, Doug Piatt of Aliquippa, his grandsons: Justin (Danielle) George of New Brighton, Isaiah and Caleb Piatt of Aliquippa, Deon (Laura) Sheffield of Ambridge, James (Erica) Hopkins of Sewickley, and Nigel (Marguerite) Gibson of Ambridge; along with his great-grandchildren, Alora and Tori George of New Brighton, Nathan, Aiden, Elijah and Arianna Sheffield of Ambridge, Grace, Quincy, Mason and Raina Hopkins of Sewickley and Malcolm and Mallory Gibson of Ambridge. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews in Pennsylvania and Ohio.

Beverly was a hairdresser for over 30 years. In her spare time, she served as a Brownie and Girl Scout Leader, softball coach for the Brighton Township Athletic Club (Team-Wrens), and was a member of the former Beaver Assembly of God, now known as Ridgepointe Family Church of Beaver.

Beverly fought a tough battle with breast cancer until the end. The family wishes to thank the nurses at Hillman Cancer Center, Beaver, for the kindness and compassion they showed Beverly during her cancer treatments. The family would also like to thank Dr. KK Incorvati and staff for their kindness as well.
