Rose M. Laughlin, 68, of Charlotte, North Carolina, formerly of Fairfax, Virginia, passed away on February 14th, 2026, in Charlotte, North Carolina. She was born in Pittsburgh on March 9th, 1957, a daughter of the late Francis J. and Alice E. Wilkinson Laughlin. Her hobbies included traveling and reading. She retired in November of 2015 after 34 years as a deputy chief with the CIA. She is survived by her sister, Linda Laughlin. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her uncle, Charles Laughlin, who served in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives in the 1980’s. There will be no visitation or services. A private burial will take place at Divine Redeemer Cemetery. Arrangements have been entrusted to Corless-Matter Funeral Home and Cremation Services, LLC, 1133 Church Street, Ambridge.
