Charlotte M. “Charlie” Coley, 77, of Rochester Township, passed away on December 30th, 2025 at her home. She was born in Beaver Falls on August 21st, 1948, a daughter of the late George Engle and Nataline White. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one son, Raymond Frazzini, two sisters, Nancy Cordes and Patricia Barrett, and a nephew, Brian Stelter. She is survived by three sons, Tony O. Frazzini of New Brighton, Joseph A. Frazzini of Rochester and Dean A. Frazzini and his girlfriend, Bre Berryman of Wintersville, Ohio, two beloved grandchildren, Dean A. Frazzini Jr. and his fiancé, Sammi Patroski and Devyn Frazzini, numerous other grandchildren and great-grandchildren, three nieces, Chrissy D. Kirby, Billie Jo Smith and Heather R. Ruiz, one nephew, Rick Cordes, numerous other nieces and nephews, and a former daughter-in-law, Beth Frazzini. Charlotte was a retired bartender with the Rochester V.F.W. Post 128 and the former Rochester Township Fireman’s Club. She was Methodist by faith and a member of the Rochester V.F.W. Post 128 Ladies Auxiliary. She is also survived by her companion, Charles E. Frank, of Rochester Township, who gave love and comfort to her for many years. Charlotte’s wishes were to be cremated with no visitation or service. Arrangements have been entrusted to the William Murphy Funeral Home, Inc., 349 Adams Street, Rochester. The family wishes memorial contributions be made to St. Judes Children Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105. The family gives special thanks to Roseann Frank and the nurses with Vitas Hospice for the care and comfort given to Charlie.
