Dylon James Winfield, 33, of Moon Township, passed away on December 7th, 2025. He was born in Pittsburgh on April 21st, 1992, the son of James Winfield and the late Michelle Flosnik. In addition to his father, he is survived by his stepmother, Kimberly Smith of Hopewell Township, his paternal grandparents, James & Mary Winfield, his aunt, Denise Staude and her husband Tom, his uncle, Jeff Norris and his wife, Bonnie Norris, as well as his cousins. In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Frank & Susan Flosnik.
Dylon graduated from Moon High School in 2010 where he sang with the choir and performed in high school musicals. He was a self-published author under the name Winfield Winfield. The titles of his books include: Cult of the Eclipse, American Millennial, and his latest book, Perchance to Dream.
Friends are invited to a Memorial Gathering on Sunday, December 14th from 1 p.m. until the time of a Memorial Service at 3 p.m. at the Huntsman Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Moon Township, 1522 Coraopolis Heights Road, Coraopolis, who was in charge of his arrangements. Private interment will take place at a later date.
