Aliquippa Diversity Council Holding Big Bash Tonight In Anticipation Of Women’s History Month

A wing bash is being sponsored by Aliquippa Diversity Council tonight at the American Italian Club 1928 Irwin St.  Beaver County Radio News Correspondent Sandy Giordano reports that the event is from 6-10 p.m. The cost is $20. This event will benefit a Women’s Empowerment Dinner during Women’s History Month, according to Catherine Colallela, president.   Diversity Council wants to  have a program in place in the community for girls age 12-18. Female role models that can make a difference displaying power and success to be an influence on the girls can participate. Ms. Colalella said girls 12-16 need role models because they are growing up so fast. Tickets for tonight’s event can be purchased at the door.
