(New Sewickley Township, Pa) Emergency responders were called to an accident shortly after 10pm Saturday on Big Knob Road in New Sewickley Township. Dispatch reported a vehicle struck a pole and power lines were down, as well as a transformer on fire. Big Knob Road was shut down between the area of Miller Road and Route 989. Residents in the area were also reportedly experiencing power outages. We do not have any additional details at this time.
