Aliquippa resident announces fund drive to help homeless women in Beaver County

(Aliquippa, Pa) Rayetta Lee announced at Wednesday night’s council meeting that an organization, DeeWalk Promise Hands, is an organization that wants to help homeless women. The focus is getting funding to open the former Hunter Personal Care Home at 1916 Main Street in the city.

A list of benefits were distributed at the meeting  and sheet listing the donation scope available to those wishing to  donate.
Official kickoff of the program is scheduled at Uncommon Grounds Cafe on Saturday, October 21, 2023 at 6:30 p.m. You can visit deewalkpromisehands.org/donate to donate.
