Sarge Alberts Stadium160 Baker Road, Monaca PA 15061 Sarge Alberts Stadium is the home for the Central Valley high school football, soccer and track teams. The venue was originally called Troy Stadium prior to a complete remodeling and upgrading of the facility around 2005 and is named in honor of former Center High School Athletic Director and Basketball Coach, Sarge Alberts. Center and Monaca school districts merged in 2009 to form Central Valley school district and the former home of the Center Trojans became the home of the Central Valley Warriors. In 2018, two Central Valley Warriors football alum found their way on to opening day NFL team rosters. Strong safety, Jordan Whitehead, was drafted by The Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the fourth round after playing at the University of Pittsburgh and Wide receiver, Robert Foster, was signed to a free agent contract by the Buffalo Bills after playing his college football at Alabama. Former Center High School graduate Mark Vlasic, played six seasons in the NFL from 1988-1991 for the San Diego Chargers, Kansas City Chiefs and Tampa Bay Buccaneers after playing college football at the University of Iowa.
