Bring prior rabies shot info if this is a booster for your pet.

Beaver County Treasurer will be on site to issue dog license if you need one.

The proceeds from the Rabies Clinic will be put towards our 2022 Puerto Rico Mission Trip, which was originally for 2021, however had to be postponed due to the  COVID pandemic.

the clinic will be held outdoors in our pavilion to ensure appropriate social distancing
