The Little Beaver Lions Red  Cross Blood Drive will be held on Monday, April 17th from 1 to 6pm at the Darlington Volunteer Fire Department. Walk-ins welcomed.

The 19th annual Drive For The Blind Charity Golf Scramble presented by the Beaver County Association For The Blind will be hold on Friday, May 26th at 1:00 pm at Blackhawk Golf Course on Blackhawk Road in Beaver Falls. There will be  a Chinese auction and a a 50/50 drawing.

The Beaver Falls Lecture Series continues April 5th at 7 pm at the Beaver Falls Library. Theme of this Lecture Series: Why Beaver Falls? Light refreshments will be served.

Geneva College Department of Music presents…”In the Mood  22: Big Band Music Returns”.  The Geneva College Jazz Band will once again present a concert of big band music from the 1930’s and 40’s….Saturday, April 8th…at 8:00 p.m. at John H. From June 14th to the 16th and June 19th to the 23rd, you can take part in the Beaver Valley Choral Society and Rochester Area School District’s 2017 Summer Choral and Instrumental Music Academy. Classes being offered  include Master Choral Work Rehearsals, Jazz ensemble, Introduction To Conducting, Piano Master classes, Vocal Master classes, and many more! On June 23rd, the Academy students will present FREE performances of Antonio Vivaldi’s “Gloria” and Stage Jazz Band and chamber arrangements. Ambridge teachers will host a board game day at the Ambridge Library on Monday, December 19 from noon to 2 PM. We will also be hosting a game day at the Baden Library, on Thursday, December 22, from noon to 2:00.  Kids can bring their favorite board games, and we will have some available, as well.
