Jim Shaner from the Beaver County Conservation District joins “Teleforum” special fill in host Frank Sparks on Feb. 28, 2017 at 11:00 AM. Jim and Frank will discuss the Sugaring Program that is coming which invites people to Brady’s Run Park and takes them to the Sugar Shack to learn the process of making syrup for the festival as well as discussing the year round preparation that goes into the Maple Syrup Festival.
