As we approach our 70th Anniversary at 1230 WBVP and 1460 WMBA, Beaver County Radio presents a series of live interviews with past and present staff to recollect the great history and memorable moments on WBVP and WMBA.

Chris Shovlin’s voice has been heard on Beaver County Radio for over 40 years. He started as a sports announcer in the mid-1970s at WMBA, before becoming sports director and general manager during his long tenure at WBVP. He can still be heard every Saturday at Noon, as the host of “Frontiers In Learning” presented by Lincoln Learning Solutions.
